Routine health care supports your pet’s health, comfort, and wellbeing at every stage of life. Our preventative care focuses on early detection, disease prevention, and practical advice tailored to each animal.
Health Checks
Regular health checks allow our veterinarians to examine your pet from nose to tail and pick up early signs of illness before they become more serious. We assess overall body condition, eyes, ears, teeth, skin, heart, lungs, and weight, and discuss any changes you’ve noticed at home.
These visits also help keep vaccinations, parasite prevention, dental health, and general care up to date.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations help protect against a range of infectious diseases. Each vaccination appointment includes a full health check.
Dogs C3, tri-annual C3, and C5 vaccinations are available. The C5 protects against parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, and kennel cough.
Cats F3 and F5 vaccinations are available. The F3 covers feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis, and calicivirus, with the F5 including additional protection against chlamydia and feline leukaemia.
Rabbits Filavac vaccination is recommended for protection against Calicivirus.
Ferrets C3 vaccination is available for protection against distemper.
Parasite Prevention
Fleas, ticks, mites and intestinal worms can affect pets in different ways and are not always easy to detect. Year-round prevention helps reduce risk and keep your pet healthy.
We can help you choose suitable preventative products based on your pet’s species, age, weight and lifestyle.
Microchipping
Microchipping is a quick, permanent form of identification and is compulsory in Western Australia. A small chip is placed under the skin and linked to your contact details on a national database, helping reunite lost pets with their owners.
Nail Trimming
Regular nail trims help prevent discomfort, breakage, and injury. We can assist during a consultation or as a separate appointment if needed.
