Vaccinating your pet
Vaccinations are an important part of preventative care for your pets. By ensuring your pets are up-to-date with their vaccination you are protecting them against several diseases. At a vaccination appointment your pet will receive a full health check performed by one of our veterinarians. Regular health checks can help ensure that any abnormalities are picked up early.
Vaccinations for dogs
We offer three options for canine vaccinations; C3, tri-annual C3 or C5.
Depending on your dogs lifestyle, our team will be able to advise which will be the most suitable option for your dog. In most cases we recommend the C5 vaccination which includes protection against parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis and two strains of kennel cough.
Vaccinations for cats
For cats, we offer an F3 or F5 vaccination.
In your cats vaccination appointment we can discuss which one would be most suitable. An F3 vaccination protects against Feline Enteritis, Feline Rhinotracheitis and Feline Calicivirus where-as an F5 vaccination protects against Feline Enteritis, Feline Rhinotracheitis, Feline Calicivirus, Feline Chlamydia and Feline Leukaemia.
If you are unsure if your pet is up-to-date with their vaccination or would like more information please give us a call.
